Autumn has arrived in the mountains with  cool foggy mornings and blissful sunny days.The yellow tailed Black cockatoos are in residence and can be heard squabbling over  pine cones and swooping up and down the valley.We have made another batch of Chowder,this time Smoked Salmon w Garlic prawns,thick and hearty to warm you up.Of course the usual suspects are still on the soup board,Roast Pumpkin ,Pea & Ham,Lamb & Barley as well as Morroccan  Lamb and Laksa.
